Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions we hear most about septic pumping, inspections, installs, and portable toilets.

Septic Pumping & Maintenance

How often should I pump my septic tank?

Most homes should pump every 3–5 years. Households with more people, garbage disposals, or smaller tanks may need more frequent service. We can help you set a schedule after your first pumping.

What are signs my tank needs service now?
  • Slow drains, gurgling, or sewage smells
  • Wet spots or unusually green grass over the leach field
  • Backups, especially in lower-level fixtures
Do additives eliminate the need for pumping?

No. Enzymes/bacteria don’t remove solids. Pumping is still required to prevent clogs and leach field damage.

How long does pumping take?

Typically 45–90 minutes depending on access, tank size, and lid depth.

What should I do before you arrive?

See our Septic Pumping Prep Checklist. In short: locate lids if you know where they are, clear access for the truck, keep pets secure, and minimize water use the morning of service.

Inspections, Repairs & Installs

Do you perform real estate septic inspections?

Yes — we provide inspections with written reports. If pumping is needed, we can perform it during the same visit.

Can you find my septic tank if I don’t know where it is?

Yes. Our team uses experience and locating tools to find lids. If lids are buried, excavation fees may apply.

Do you pull permits for new systems or replacements?

We handle end‑to‑end installs including design coordination and permitting. We walk you through the entire process.

Portable Toilets & Handwash

What types of portable toilets do you offer?

Standard and ADA‑accessible units, plus handwash stations. We recommend service frequency based on usage.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible for events. For jobsites, we can usually deliver quickly — call (928) 754‑3483.

Scheduling, Pricing & Payment

What is your pricing for pumping?

$450 for pumping up to 1,500 gallons. Additional charges may apply for deep lids, uncovering, or extra capacity.

Do you offer emergency service?

Yes. Call us — we prioritize urgent backups and will work to fit you in as quickly as possible.

Which areas do you serve?

Fort Mohave, Bullhead City, Laughlin, Kingman, Golden Valley, Mohave Valley, and Topock. See our map and locations.

Homeowner Tips

How can I protect my leach field?
  • Don’t drive or park on the field
  • Keep trees/shrubs away to avoid root intrusion
  • Fix leaky fixtures and spread out laundry loads
What shouldn’t go down the drain?

Wipes, feminine products, paper towels, grease, paint/chemicals, coffee grounds, and excessive bleach.
